Not sure how to make KETO work for YOU?

Welcome!

Thinking about starting a ketogenic diet? What are your goals and reasons? When you know what this is, it becomes easier to stay on course. For me, when I found out that it is indeed possible to REVERSE type 2 diabetes with a well-formulated ketogenic diet, contrary to what I had been told by my former doctors, I was all in. Beating diabetes was absolutely my first goal. I didn’t want to potentially have worsening neuropathy, end up with kidney failure, lose a limb or eyesight, etc. I want to maintain my independence, have a better quality of life for the rest of my life, get off prescription meds and be there for loved ones.

Do you have a family? Are you facing health issues? Do you want to feel better long-term? Know this: you are worthwhile, you deserve to feel good, your loved ones want you around, and you have it within your power to make lasting, powerful changes in your health. You can do this, and I would love to help you! Check out my blog here and my services here.

Getting Started

A ketogenic diet doesn’t have to be hard, but you do need the right information and support to get the best possible results.  You also need the right mindset.  Keto is meant to be a long-term way of eating to get you as healthy as possible.  Some people start noticing changes quickly, and with others it takes a little more time.  To set yourself up for the best success, here are a few tips:

  1. Consult your doctor and be sure he or she is onboard with your doing the keto diet.
  2. Stock your pantry and refrigerator with keto-friendly foods.
  3. Know your macro goals and use a food/macro tracker app (i.e. Carb Manager, Cronometer) to make it easy to track food and nutrients.
  4. Keep easy keto-friendly snacks available.
  5. Don’t put yourself on a deadline.  Be patient!

I can help you decipher food labels, figure your macro goals, send you a 14-day sample meal plan, recipes and pantry list, recommend appropriate supplements, and more.  I’ll encourage you and listen to your story.  I want to answer your questions and help arm you with the help and support you need to get you to your health goals.   Click here to get my Keto Coaching services!
