No time for keto?

Have you seen people talk about having no time to do keto?  Keeping it simple really helps me stay on track.  My strategy is to cook maybe twice a week, or even just once on the weekend, and freeze some of the food.  I grill a lot of burgers, pork chops and steaks.  We use the smoker a lot, too, for brisket, turkey, ribs and pulled pork.  Delicious, quick and easy!  I used to be the “casserole queen,” as my best girlfriend would say, but not anymore!  Occasionally I make a dessert or a skillet bread, too, but most of the time I don’t. Often it’s just meat, or I’ll put the meat in a salad.  Eggs are a great option when you’re in a hurry, too.
